Error publishing

I was previously able to publish my pages without a problem, but I recently tried to publish a page and got the following error:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: C\Documents and Settings\Owner\jalbum-ftp-accounts.xml

I am using Fotoplayer skin. Which as part of the shopping cart function, I have a xml file that I use, the other day I accidentally opened the file using MS Word instead of Wordpad, could that have done it?
