Attachments to Auto Responder

1. How can you add an attachment to Auto Responder?
2. If you can't, how can attachments automatically be sent, after capturing the person's email address?

You can't add attachments to an autoresponder mail.
You can, however, include, in your autoresponder message, a link to your website from where the users will be able to download the file (attachment)
