when a link is clicked, "these things" can do like camera shutter (left to right and bottom to top) . What tools in BV to do these?

This site is using Flash to create the effects you see. This is not a tool in BV it is a different program that they purchased.

Flash takes some experience to use and a while to learn. You could see if anyone in the Voda Bids forum is interested in creating something for you, but if you still want to purchase the program do a search of the internet for Macromedia Flash.
