ive got al the paypal buttons down and they are working but i deed to figure out how to do price based shipping rates so that purchases under 100 dollars are 10 dollars and over 100 are 10% could anyone help me?

You do that in your paypal profile if you dont put it on the button. paypal, website payment preferences i believe.
