Are you speaking of a favicon? A small graphic/image that appears with the page?

I am talking about an animating icon that rolls over the site with the brand name.

Are you talking about the text that is moving from right to left on the screen called a marquee????
If not! i'm not sure.

The "Marquee" icon is located on the lower left of yoour Blue Voda workpane (roll your cursor over them until the label appears to identify it). It is pretty self-explanatory using this feature once you open it.
