Linking to subjects on the same page

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have an 'index of subjects' at the head of a page which will jump to the selected subject on the same page? If that is possible, is it also possible to have another link to go back to the head of the page ... i.e. back to the index?

Use INSERT - bookmark
name the bookmark and then link to the bookmark where ever you wish
