Bandwidth question

Would it be possible for me to have like 200GB of bandwidth per month without using the BV thing. Like i want to use MAcromedia Dreamweaver and im wondering how i can get the site to be able to recive 1million views monthly w/o buying a package. I got a 3year package from BV but im wondering if i can get the bandwidth running from my computer or something.

OK NOW YOU ARE ON IGNORE. I JUST ANSWERED YOU.. YOU CANT DO IT.. it doesnt matter the BUILDER.. NO YOU CANT GET BANDWIDTH RUNNING FROM YOUR COMPUTER...YOU NEED A DEDICATED SERVER FOR WHAT YOU WANT TO DO... unless you want to build a server DEDICATED to your files and install a t1 or a t3 line like an internet provider.

If you try to run off your computer your ISP WILL SHUT YOU DOWN.

Either way... its a SERVER you need to run the kind of SITE that you want.
