Hi my domain is mtmpublishing.info
I am trying to find out how to put a background colour in the browser and then the web page loads on top of the background colour...Does anyone know how it is done?

When you open the page up in the builder, right click to bring up 'page properties' Then click the 'formatting' tab at the top, then look for the 'background' drop down and you can choose your colour there.
