I would like to create a page for meeting notices in my website. It will be completely updated once every two months.
What form or forms will be the best for this purpose?

You are free to design your "Meetings Notice" page as simply as a bulleted paragraph in a simple textbox, or to install a Web Calendar (available via Fantastico! in your Control Panel) using an Inline Frame .... depends on how simple you want it to be to manage or the overall look you desire to keep for continuity's sake!
