New download

I've just had to wipe my hard drive and re-install everything and although I've back ups of all my files, I haven't got my Blue Voda program.

I've tried to download it again, but keep getting told I already have it, 'cause I'm registered.

What next, anybody, please?

Carrying on from my previous post, I seem to be in deep smelly stuff here.
I can't find any of my web pages to do some alterations to them.

The site is still on line and running, but the files I saved when I built the site have gone.

Will I have to re-build all the pages and re-pùblish them, or is there another way?

Some help would be appreciated
