I am creating a membership card to which the individual must up load his own photo. http://www.sitesunion.com/Copemem.html
I need help on two fronts please.
1. How do I allow the individual to up load his photo.
2. when he has filled up his detail and uploaded his photo he will print it, but it mst be given a sequential number as they next person prints, and a copy of this card must be sent to my email.
