Hello , I want to make the table borders very thin.

The problem is that current thickness of 1 is actually 2 pixels because the table line is 1px but also the cell line is 1 px that makes the border very thick.

If you insert a shape, say a rectangle and set it to border thickness 1 pixel it will give you a thin line if your settings are at : transparent; border size 1 ;black color

BV tables has a table html property where I am hoping to insert the code. Is there a way to do that? Thanks

Set the boarder at 1 and the others at 0

Set the padding and cell spacing to 0 to get the thinner looking lines

Hi

For what it is worth at this late stage.

I have found a cheat to get a thin line showing 1 pixel rather than 2 pixels which gives us the thick line.

The cheat is this - you insert a borderlight and a borderdark option to the border of your table and when doing this the choice of your borderlight colour should be the same as your background.

This way you only see the 1 pixel line of the darkborder - hence a thinner line. If you look closely you can see the break but I think it does the task.

I hope this helps other folk battling with the same issues
