I am almost done my site www.vivahboutique.com, I just need to set up email to my contact us. How would I go about doing this?

Looks like you have done it, I clicked your link and it opened to send you an email.

It opens it up, but I didn't receive the test email I sent.

you link the text with the hyperlink tool at the top. when the window opens, choose the mailto and insert your email address there.

In my drop down menu I have contact us (mailto:contact@vivahboutique.com), it opens a window to compose a message, but I do not receive anything in my inbox.

Right above that drop down there is another, change that one to mailto:
then double check your email address it probably added two "mailto:"
