First publish with BV and can't see on Inet

Hi all, I have just created a page that I published via BV and used the correct IP, user and password and got the 'published!' message. Problem is when I go online to view it there is the following: "Index Of /" and then lists my home page 'name', 2 GIF files and a cgi-bin/. I hate to sound like such an idiot, but what am I doing wrong? How do I do this so I can see what I created in BV? Thanks. Also, BTW below this 'box' as I'm typing is another box for "trackbacks" - so what are those? PS- site is medicalreplink.com

That means you did not save your home page as index
All lower case letters and no extesions, you will have to open your home page in BV, click save as, index and republish.

Edit I see you have a yellow page up now, but your link to your contact page is wrong, your web address repeated.
