I knew to change the page properties but could not find it. After searching all my buttons thoroughly, I found it. I have changed the .php to .html. My page is now published.

BTW, I finally got my State Certificate in the mail which shows that I am officially a non-profit organization. I am going to open up bank account now and hook up my donate button real soon!
