can i publish my website from bluevoda??

i got a quick question, i curruntly have a website through yahoo and i want to use bluevoda to design and publish can i use bluevoda??
and how would i publish??

BlueVoda can only be published to VodaHost servers. So no you can not use it to publish to Yahoo.
