Website name: ourlamp.com
1. 1 watched the Video Tutorials a few times before I downloaded and opened
BlueVoda Website Builder.
2. I opened an untitled blank page.
3. Right-clicked on the blank page and a box came up showing:
Cut
Copy
Paste
Page Properties…
Page HTML…
4. Clicked on Page Properties and a grid came up.
5. On the grid I filled:
Name: Ourlamp.com
Default font: Arial Size: 10
Page Width: 800 ; Page Height: 600
Character Set ISO-8859-1
Favorites Icon: Blank (I left the space blank).
I ticked the box marked Center in Browser.
I did not tick: Disable Internet Explorer’s image toolbar.
6.When I clicked OK everything disappeared. I didn’t know where the grid went.
7.I opened a new blank page and when I Right-clicked on it the grid returned.
8. My questions: i. Did I skip something
ii. How to get what is on the grid onto the blank page?
iii. Why there is no place on the grid for typing in index.html as recommended? - iv. When I am working on the grid, toolbars are not active.
v. What am I doing wrong?
Your help please.
