Two websites?

Hi
I built my first website and enjoyed after I learned the basics. My dog club is in need of a better website but I am still confused about Sub Domain or add on domains.
My questions:

Can I build or add on a different website with it's own address for my dog club too?

Could this be on my account for lack of a better word?

Or will I need to buy a whole different account?

Hi, a sub domain is a part of your 1st site & would have an address like www.listofwalkers.walkersjapanesechin.com
An add on domain is a completely new site that would just require purchasing another domain.
Both of these can be done under 1 account, & as many times as you wish.
