    Change Administrator

I am building a site for a client and am using BV.

I instructed them to purchase an account here, but where do they add me as an administrator so that I do not have to always tell them what to tell BV in order for things to happen?

    Re: Change Administrator

When someone opens an account, they will have access to a control panel,
but that is for the website, not for bluevoda.
You use the bluevoda builder to build a website, which is then Published to that account.
The acount holder can then view various items to do with that website.

Any changes or updates would have to be done in bluevoda and then republished...................
    Have fun

      Re: Change Administrator

My client received the email from VodaHost and so they have a Hosting Account, but how do they put me as an Administrator so that I can communicate with VodaHost?

I know how all Publishing works because I have my own account, but my client has there own Domain elsewhere and so I don't know what the next steps are.
      Thanks!

Your client will have to have the domain pointed to (or transferred to) the vodahost (DNS) servers that were listed in their "Welcome" email.
You will then be able to publish using the password/username/server # also provided in the "welcome" email.
