Sitemap in BlueVoda

Hi, I have created a sitemap in BlueVoda for my site, I have been using the Google Webmasters Tools, so that I can watch my site. Google tells me I should submit a sitemap to tell them more about my site. Can the sitemap I created in BlueVoda be submitted to Google? I tryed to submit it, however, I keep recieving a 404 error from Google, however, I need to know if it can be submitted. And if it cannot be submitted, how do I make a sitemap, that can be submitted, using the Google Webmasters Tools? I appreciate you taking the time to read and respond to this post.

just publish the sitemap created by bluevoda which will also upload it to your website and google will find it on its next visit..............
