I have uploaded one of my sites that has the first page as index.shtml but I am getting the directory list (which I have shut off) when I put just my URL in the browser box. What do I need to change to correct this problem?

Whoa! I just figured out what caused the problem. I had installed PHPlist and it seemed to interfer with access to my web sites. I have removed it and everything is working correctly. -
