I have completely rebuilt my first site utilizing the single page menu with php.
I also changed the look of the approximately 180 pages. I will be ready to publish it in a few days.
I plan on publishing the entire site and then deleting the original index.html (pages are now .php). That should bring it on-line. Then after checking everything I will redirect some of my pages from html to php.
Am I missing something? Is there some easier way to check all the links, etc other than clicking on the live pages? I thought I could create a sitemap at xml-sitemaps that will show any broken links - but if I have one link still pointing to a html page, I suspect it will incorporate all those pages also.
Is there an easier way to redirect than thru cPanel?
Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated. And yes, I'm a bit scared. We are pleased with our Google rankings for lots of keywords now. But I believe I have kept content and keywords, etc the same.
Thanks
