Success page and Error page

Could someone show me the correct way to wirte the links to success page and the error page. my site is www.stimulusmod.com. I wrote them as www.stimulusmod./success.php and www.stimulusmod.com./error.php they don't work, so may someone help me please. Thanks.

I would change the error page as it really is not clear that a problem has occrrued and that they should try again. Maybe simply state that without all the other extra text. Ideally noone will ever see this page anyway.
