trouble linking pages together

I have my pages completed as i want them, but i think i need to link the pages together, and after doing what i think to do, when i preview, it comes up error accessing page. am i missing something or did i enter in something wrong?

You need to publish to your server before the links work.
To do that you need to purchase a VodaHost Hosting account.
