I want to do it for music (mp3s). I would like to know the easiest and how would I get it in my site? Thank you in advance.

You can upload your music files to your server & then just have a text link to each one that you can make open in an iframe.
Or alternatively! Up load your music files & use something like this. When you have added the details it will give you some code to place in a BV html box.
