importing HTML pages

I tried to import an HTML page from the internet, but every time I try it an error message comes up that says... Error while importing HTML.
I have no clue what to do. me and another person are building a website together and he published a page and now I am trying to edit it a little further but I cannot obtain the page.

lets make things clear.
You're importing html pages from your website that you have full access, is that correct?
else your access rights is the issue.

yes the website was built with blue voda, on another computer, and I want to edit it a little further on mine, but it wont let me. there is full access no copyright or anything.
