Combo boxes

When I create a combo box, with values (prices of items), when you select an item in the combo box will that go to paypal shopping cart or would I have to link it to it? If so, can you guide me how to do this?

I noticed in the events portion, it has options and paypal 1-8 are options, how do I distinguish which paypal goes to which account? Or how do I set up the corresponding accounts to the paypay 1-8 .
