In the form properties box down at the bottom is the success and error URL boxes. In the success URL type in success.html save and republish.
Somehow it got changed the last time you published.

Im still showing the success URL as contact.php
Did you right click on the form (not on any of the boxes) click properties, and change the success URL to success.html
Your page is there we just need to get it to link.

I think I found the problem. When I click submit...it tries to find www.rachelrisen.com/www.rachelrisen.com/success.html - do you know how I get rid of the extra url?

Do as I outlined above. In the success URL just type success.html nothing else.
