Buttons in paypal

Not sure of how I can word this question- so I will tell you the situation and see if anyone can help me.
I sell photo cards and invitations and offer different type of cards, which all have a different price. I also have different options that people can purchase for one card- such as what type of paper it is printed on. How can I get something set up where customers can give me this information and then it gets sent to paypal with the right info. Currently I have it set up where I have a bunch of different order buttons- don't like that too much.

you 1.) will have to have a customed cart .. like Navals.. 2.)or use Mals ecart that will allow you to copy and paste the FORMS needed to do this.

Thats why in ecommerce the CART comes before the HORSE (builder)

Ok- so being that I have never done this before- or even know what mals e-cart is...where do I begin with this?
