How do I get it out of CPanel?

I thought I had everything set up for 1world1source.com until I read that you can't transfer for 60 days. I thought that it ment that I can't transfer it to VodaHost. I bought 1globalchoice.com for VodaHost and I beleive that I pointed it to 1world, but so far I still can't get it out of CPanel.
