My website doesn't display any updated work

My website now is up after it was down for a while, then i can't see any updated work that I did and published successfuly to my home page !!!

I've refreshed explorer button and published my web successfually many time but still no success.

I think there was was a glitch with one of the servers earlier on, so re publishing might help. Also check you have selected "publishing all files".
