Tracking Code for URL Not Working

I'm using a tracking link on the end of my affiliate links that looks like this

www.myaffiliatelink.com/subid5=<?php echo $_GET['sjid']; ?>

The link is broken and after the link is no'no'no'no'no.

I'm not sure if its because its a php or what the problem is.
