please help IP address

I am not able to log into my account on the cpanel page. Iv'e left several messages for the support people but they have not responded. Is that typical of them? Iv'e only been with this site for a couple of days and I am not having much luck. When I go to the page with the IP addresses the log in box will not come up.

Make sure your email is from vodahost itself. Sometimes people confuse that other blue company for blue voda
