Can't link menu bar

My domain name is www.soswimming.com and I cannot figure out how to add links from the menu bar. I have viewed all the tutorials and still I can't figure it out

Also when I create pages, then publish them, where do I find them to link them??

I have not pointed my name servers to blue voda yet.

Uhhh, I've just loaded your site and everything seems to be working as it should. Could be your PC has cached your pages so is decieving you. View your website and hit F5 a view times.

yes, that's my old site that is being parked at Two cows. I am trying to create a new site using blue voda. My new IP address is
208.43.222.136

OK I have just tried the site again and it now looks like I'm getting your new site.

OK so your question was about linking.

Whatever you save your pages as make sure they are lower case letters and no spaces between the words

eg aboutus or contactus

or about_us or contact_us
