hi all i dont know how to link my pages

i watched through the tutorials but still cant work it out i try to put a button on my first page ie fitness but i dont know how to make it go to another page when you click on it

sorry about that didnt realize i posted in wrong bit i watched the tutorial and understand it up to the point where it says edit i click edit and where it says the http part i dont know what to put because ive not got a http do i need to publish my pages first ?

Links in BVare absolute, it means that you have to select "Link Type" http:// and then in the URL field type in"http://www.yourdomain.com/yourpage.html Of course yourdomain.com and yourpage.html must be replaced by the real domain name and page name. And yes, Links will not work if you haven't published your pages yet.
