Which ftp host url do I use?

Trying to install a membership script. It connects to the account fine, but it asks for the url of the folder you just selected for installation.

I type in my site address http://www.twitterwho.net but, it says cannot find the location you selected?

Which ftp url do I use? I have an add on domain so it shows like 4 different ftp host url's?

Here's the step i am getting stuck on
2. Select Location for your Membership Section
Next, you will be connected to your site and will be able to browse it to find a location for PM Basic installation. The files will be uploaded in a new folder on your selected directory, so you can safely select the main directory of your site. Click on Next to continue.

Well according to the screen shot you navigate to the twitterwho folder.. you dont TYPE it in
