I need to publish my website

Hi I am very new to all of this. I used bluevoda website builder to create my website. I have successfully created my website which only consists of 2 pages. Yesterday I had published my index page accidentally. In order to get this off the web because it wasnt ready I deleted some files. I had submitted a support ticket and they said that they would need to reset my account. My account has been reset but I still cannot publish my page. my ip address is 208.43.222.136. when I click to publish this messge pops up "error 550: cant change directory to index.bvp. no such file or directory. I am so lost right now and I have no idea what I am doing. I need to get my website up asap..time is money, and I am losing a lot of it. Can someone please please help me!??

Publish your " index " page (not index.bvp) to your public_html directory and you are ready to go.
Name/save your page " index " (no quotes) all lower case
