Cant delete files from file manager

I have two files that I cant delete using either the delete in file manager or the delete in BlueFTP. One is a .jpg and the other is a .xls. They always seem to come back somehow ? Any idea what I can do ?

What you dont know in cPanel is best left alone.
I suggest you leave these two alone also.
