Wow! cant get much simpler.
A banner is like a an advertising banner
Rollover - an image that can be used as a link that when you roll over it, it changes the image.
A banner rotator - follow the link to see one.
If you click on these and experiment a little, they r pretty much self explanatory.
Watch the videos at least once (better twice) before you do anything!
