problem when im publishing my contact page?

Hi everyone,

1. i have published my website, under my contact page tried to test the form i have included in there. i get this error msg.
Not Found

The requested URL /Thank you! your form submission has been received!/success.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
does any one knows why www.1800vpaint.com.au
2. and also for my white background i used shapes, after publishing it when ever im moving my mouse over it the hand signal comes up and when u click on the white back ground it refreshes the page.does any body know how can i change that to none active background...

http://www.1800vpaint.com.au/ is your domain and there is nothing wrong with it.

Your home page opens at my first try.

The hand or pan shape hand appears wherever ther is a hyperlink.
You may have accidently inserted a link to your background.
