hyper links not working

ok I follow the tutorial videos about the hyper links..and still do not work ..I know I'm new but .I need help...can anyone help me please

Only if you post a link to a published site. They will not work in preview..and we are good around here..but we just havent gotten this mind reading thing down pat yet..so weve no idea what youve done.
