hi i am creating a site called justfreshconcepts.ca and when i use the form wizard.when i publish it,it does not show.how do i resolve this?

What do you mean it doesn't show. Are you getting a page cannot be found? Is it just a blank page? Elaborate more.

Also what is the name of the page?

Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
