Need some help please

Hi .I just installed php website on my account and the email notice that I get (when I install programs on the server)is below.An instance of phpWebSite was installed on http://networkedaffiliates.com

But It's sending tons of copies of the same message.Up to about 100 by now.
Please check it for me.

phpWebSite is not our product and we do not offer support for it,
please contact there support department, I am sure they have
dealt with this issue before and will have an immediate remedy.
