you will need those iin different domains .. you can have unlimited domains in your one voda hosting account .. so the answer is yes ..

Yes.. you could do both.. however, you can have only one dedicated ip for ONSITE payments and one SSL certificate. you couldnt set them both up unless you purchase a wild card ssl. You will be limited to paypal checkout on one of them.
