I need helpwith a sitemap for GOOGLE

I have completed my site and it is visible on Google eventually but their diagnostics say that only the front page is visible and I should submit a sitemap.

I carried out the Vodahost "Sitemap" instructions carefully including clicking on the send to Google link. What more do I have to do to have Google diagnostics say that all pages are visible?
