error 404

i have a website www.thetimesharecorporation.com and i have on the index page a glass button for some one to go to another page and register details on my site. When you click on members association register it comes up with the following error:
Not Found

The requested URL /registernow.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at www.thetimesharecorporation.com Port 80 WHAT HAVE I DONE WRONG AND HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

Because you have a form it becomes php

http://www.thetimesharecorporation.com/registernow.php

thats what you need on your button
