How can I publish my site for free??

We are building a new small business, and that is why I needed to build a web site. However, we have no budget yet so I would like to find a way to publish my BlueVoda website for free.

It's simply not possible, Deanna. You must have a VodaHost account in order to publish with BV. Have you looked into the pricing? It's only 9.95 a month with the monthly subscription, less for the yearly option.
