Ftp zen cart unable to access files
Okay I have run into some problems and it seems I'm not alone.... I setup my zen cart and followed the tutorials and information on their side of the wall. But then I need to gain access to my ftp files co that I can customize the cart within my cpanel.....? I'm either doing something wrong or I can't gain access.... googled my problem and found this thread as well http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...t=60748&page=3...
1.what i'm trying to do is customize my zen-cart
2.but i need to gain access to my ftp files
3.went into cpanel ftp and tried filezilla and I get a reistry editor
"adding information can unintentionally change or delete values and cause components to stop working correctly. If you do not trust the source of this information in c:\******* (my informatiom)do not add it to the registry
are you sure you want to continue?"
I choose yes
I get soemthing saying they have been added but nothing happens after that! Any idead of what I'm doing wrong.... I can find anything about filezilla on my computer or that it has been downloaded...
