url= blank page

A friend told me a couple of days ago that when trying to access my site www.giftcarepackages.com that all that came up was a blank page, no error message of any kind just a blank page. I have contacted voda support and it was turned over to server administration but after 2 days still have not heard from them. I also cannot log into the soholaunch builder, I am getting the session expired message over and over AGAIN so I cannot check for problems there. I can log into cpanel for what that is worth.

KarenMac is trying to help me out which I deeply appreciate but I am not paying her for the hosting and now this morning I cannot log into voda support either.

Any powers to be here that have any ideas?
