remove guestbook from ftp

I had added a guest book to my site with captcha, since then i am gettin a lot of spam, I cant find my guestbook on my ftp side to take it off my site,Does any one have any suggestions as to how to remove it, i reposted my guestbook page and still get notified that someone signed it,I want it taken down completly
